How can an operation like this get so far behind schedule and so over budget? The magnitude of the overruns just boggle my mind.
Depending on how many zeros there are in a billion, I figure you could have saved $2.3,999,654,000,000 of our tax money if you had been in charge of the Savannah River plant, BobBIE! You'd have been right on schedule.
